Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Floor Man to support daily floor operations and ensure the workplace is clean, organized, safe, and running smoothly. The ideal candidate should be physically fit, responsible, attentive to details, and able to work effectively as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned floor areas

• Assist with daily operational tasks and general floor activities

• Support customers, staff, or team members when required

• Monitor the floor and report any issues, damages, or safety concerns

• Ensure equipment, tools, and work areas are kept clean and properly organized

• Assist with moving, arranging, and handling materials when needed

• Follow company health, safety, and hygiene procedures

• Support other departments and team members with daily tasks

• Perform additional duties assigned by the supervisor or manager

Requirements

• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred

• Good physical fitness and ability to stand or move for extended periods

• Responsible, punctual, and hardworking

• Good communication and teamwork skills

• Ability to follow instructions and company procedures

• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

• Basic English or Arabic communication skills depending on the workplace
